How fast is turnaround?
Same-day production on orders by 3:00 PM ET · 24-hr default ship. Production runs Monday–Friday; orders placed after the 3:00 PM ET cutoff enter the next same-day run. Your live cutoff and delivery estimate always show at checkout — the cart is the oracle.
What file specs do you need?
Print-ready art at 300 DPI at final print size, on a transparent background. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, and CDR — SVG is not supported. Not sure your file is right? Every order gets a free art check before we print, and the gang-sheet builder flags any low-resolution objects for you.
How do I care for the prints?
Our transfers are rated for 100+ washes under the Perfect-Print Guarantee. Wash garments inside-out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang to dry, skip the bleach, and never iron directly over the print. Full press temperature, time, and pressure steps ship in every learn guide.
