Refunds & Reprints
We offer a 7-day refund and reprint policy.

To request a refund or reprint, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will gladly reprint any order with print quality or production errors, excluding issues caused by low-quality artwork files submitted to us.

Refunds or reprints for reasons other than print quality require approval from management.
Important: For DTF Transfers and UV DTF Transfers, it is critical that design and file requirements are followed exactly to ensure the best results.
Order Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address and order details are correct before placing your order. A confirmation email will be sent after checkout—be sure to review it carefully.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days:

Return Costs
