Every file walks the same path before it prints. No step is skipped to move faster, and nothing is accepted that we couldn’t scan.

Magic-byte validation
We read the file’s real bytes, not its extension. PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD and CDR pass — SVG is refused outright. A renamed file can’t sneak through.

Malware scan
Every file is scanned before it is ever stored or opened. Nothing reaches our press — or another customer — without a clean result.

Fail-safe, never fail-open
If the scanner can’t be reached, uploads pause and we ask you to retry shortly. Uploads go briefly unavailable rather than accept a single unscanned file.

300-DPI resolution check
We measure effective resolution at your placed size and grade every element: green at 300+, amber from 150–299, red below 150.

Off-sheet = hard block
Anything crossing the sheet edge is a hard stop with no override — so nothing you pay for gets clipped on the press.

Low-DPI, your call
A red element blocks checkout unless you explicitly acknowledge the risk on this lane. Below a 100-DPI hard floor there is no override — it simply won’t print.
