When will my order ship?
We offer same-day shipping on qualifying orders placed by 4:00 PM ET. Orders go out by UPS Ground, which takes 1–3 business days in transit.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $100. On smaller orders you see the shipping rate at checkout, before you pay.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Orders placed by 4:15 PM ET are ready for local pickup the same day.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Refund and reprint requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Problems caused by low-quality artwork the customer submitted aren't covered.
Should I build or upload a gang sheet?
Build one if your designs are separate files: arrange them on the sheet in the online builder. Upload one if your sheet is already laid out and print-ready.
Do you sell blank apparel?
Yes. Blank garments and our custom apparel designer are on our DecoNetwork studio, which opens in a new tab.
