Embroidered Patches

An embroidered patch gives you the look of stitched embroidery without running a garment through an embroidery machine. You can put the same patch on a hat, a jacket and a backpack, and swap it out later if your branding changes.

• 3" and 3.5" for hat fronts and chest placements
• 4" and 4.5" for jackets and bags
• 5" and 5.5" for back panels and larger logos

Thread can't hold detail the way ink can, so very small text and fine gradients won't stitch well at 3 inches. Bold shapes and a limited color palette give the cleanest patch.

Patches can be sewn on, or attached with a heat seal adhesive and a heat press. We also stock Embroidery Heat Seal film if you want to back patches yourself. Include your logo file when you order.
