Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to reproduce submitted artwork, logos, photographs, names, trademarks, and designs.
Smash Transfers reserves the right to reject any project that may:

- Contain counterfeit branding.
- Misrepresent an organization, company, or individual.
- Violate applicable laws.
- Promote unlawful activity.
- Include threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or exploitative content.
Submitting artwork to Smash Transfers represents that the customer owns the artwork or has obtained the necessary authorization to reproduce it.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Employees, contractors, and business partners must protect confidential information belonging to Smash Transfers, its customers, and its suppliers.
Confidential information may include:
- Customer artwork and unreleased designs.
- Pricing and account information.
- Vendor and supplier information.
- Production methods and internal procedures.
- Employee information.
- Payment and transaction information.
- Business strategies and proprietary information.
Confidential information may only be used for legitimate business purposes and must not be disclosed without authorization.
7. Fair Labor Practices
