Smash Puff 3D Foam – White (24" x 36", 3mm Thick)

White foam is the one to keep on hand for white lettering on dark caps. This is Smash Puff 3D foam in white, 3mm thick, in a 24-inch by 36-inch sheet.

Use white under white, cream, silver and pale thread colors. Under a dark thread, white foam can peek through the stitches, so pick a darker foam for those designs.

A tip for cleaner results: after you tear the excess foam away, a short pass of hot air from a heat gun shrinks the little bits left at the edges of the stitching. Keep the heat moving and well back from the garment. Store the sheet flat so it doesn't crease, since a creased spot can show as a dip in the finished puff.
